Our Commitment

AdLiva is committed to conducting its activities responsibly, ethically, and in full compliance with applicable laws and internationally recognized standards. This public policy outlines our key commitments to employees, clients, partners, panelists and society.
This policy complements AdLiva’s internal governance framework, including its Code of Ethics and Confidentiality, its Quality Policy, and the related operational procedures.

Respect for Human Rights and Labour Standards

AdLiva respects the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
We commit to:

  • prohibit child labour, forced labour, modern slavery and human trafficking;
  • respect freedom of association and collective bargaining in accordance with local laws;
  • provide fair wages, benefits and working hours in compliance with applicable legislation;
  • ensure safe, healthy and respectful working conditions;
  • promote diversity, equity and inclusion and prohibit discrimination and harassment in any form.

Ethical Business Conduct

AdLiva conducts its business with integrity, transparency and fairness. Corruption, bribery, fraud, conflicts of interest and anti-competitive practices are strictly prohibited. Employees and business partners are expected to comply with our ethical standards.

Reporting and Remedy Mechanism
